I don't want to bore you guys with all the details of what I've checked, but I finally found when I was checking for continuity that the yellow wire going from my air handler to the condenser sometimes shows a steady roughly 18 ohms, and then sometimes is jumping up and down rapidly anywhere from 20-120 ...The fan has a black wire a blue wire and an orange wire. I also saved the capacitor which has three prongs with orange and yellow on one,blue on another and the last has a red.
